With 15 years of consulting experience, Adam helps schools pursue digital and student-led learning transformation. He has presented at conferences such as ISTE, published articles on technology integration and has co-authored 2 books, “Teaching the iGeneration” and “Personalized Learning Through Voice and Choice”. Adam was a Florida elementary teacher and holds a BA in Elementary Education, a Master’s in Teaching and Learning (Technology emphasis), and a Certificate in Administration and Supervision from Johns Hopkins University.
Jeanne Weber is a Senior Higher Education Strategist for Dell EMC. She serves Higher Education customers, helping them reach their goals academically, administratively in areas of research and data analytics. She is committed to driving forward Dell EMC’s partnerships with schools and higher education institutions to deploy technologies that save money, lead to better learning outcomes and increase classroom engagement. Her experience includes designing, implementing and supporting all aspects of IT for administrative, academic, and research needs. Prior to her work in education, Jeanne designed and implemented global financial applications after earning her degree as an IT Engineer from the Watson School of Engineering at Binghamton University.
Chris Wessells is a Dell EMC Senior Higher Education Strategist and brings extensive leadership skills as a former University CIO and more than 25 years’ experience working in higher education. Prior to joining Dell EMC, Chris served as CIO at the University of San Diego. His experience includes responsibility for all aspects of IT strategy, governance, services and support, enterprise applications, network and compute infrastructure, cloud, virtualization, instructional and online academic technologies, high performance research computing, business intelligence/analytics, mobile, portal, and emerging technologies. Chris has a reputation for collaborative decision-making and passion for building a strategic vison and environment of success with Information Technology, IT professionals and major technology initiatives in support of institutional goals. He holds an MS degree from Montana State University and BS degree from the University of California at Davis.
Deirdre Woods is a Dell EMC Senior Higher Education Strategist at the forefront of enabling digital transformation and innovation for colleges and universities. Deirdre’s career spans roles as global CIO, as a strategic consultant, and an entrepreneur who has driven organizational strategy, transformation and technological change. As former CIO and Associate Dean of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Deirdre has extensive experience running mission critical systems, driving change to provide innovative and exceptional services and developing high performance teams. As a consultant and entrepreneur, she advised CEOs and senior leaders in corporations, colleges and universities to leverage their technical landscapes, launch high visibility initiatives and develop strategies for success. Deirdre holds a Bachelor’s degree from St. Lawrence University and a Master’s degree from Duke University.
Katina Papulkas is an Education Strategist at Dell EMC and is committed to serving students from K-20 across Canada. Katina is an experienced educator with a background in teaching, online learning, educational leadership, assessment, and educational technology. In her two-decade tenure in education she has been an elementary teacher and a central instructional leader where she designed and implemented system-wide initiatives around the effective integration of technology into the curriculum. Additionally, Katina served as an administrator of a middle school at the Toronto District School Board. Most recently, she was the Director of Educational Partnerships at Television Ontario (TVO) where she focused on the design and development of digital learning resources in a cross functional and agile environment. Katina holds a Master’s Degree in Education and Technology from the University of Ontario Institute of Technology.
